 About RAA
The Roxbury Arts Alliance has been promoting the arts in and around Roxbury Township, New Jersey, since 1997
Who We Are
The Roxbury Arts Alliance is home to amateur and professional artists alike. Now in our 26th year, our programming consists of family entertainment, including concerts, poetry readings, comedy revues, and stage performances in an intimate theater setting, as well as outdoor summer concerts.

We are a volunteer run 501(c) (3), non-profit organization. All of our programming, theater upkeep and repairs are paid for through public and private supporters, grants, and donations.

Our Mission is to promote an appreciation of, and support for, the arts, including music, drama, dance, literature, and the visual arts, in Roxbury Township and its surrounding communities.
Our History
The Roxbury Arts Alliance has been promoting the arts in and around Roxbury Township, New Jersey, since 1997. What began with occasional performances in coffee houses and local houses of worship by several parents of Roxbury High School students has evolved into year-round music, poetry, stage, and other performances. In 2009, we opened The Investors Bank Theater, home to the Roxbury Performing Arts Center. We proudly celebrated our 25th anniversary in the fall of 2022, and the theater changed names to Citizens Bank Theater in the Spring of 2023.

Scholarships
The Roxbury Arts Alliance actively supports the performing and visual arts within the Roxbury school system. Since 1998, the Roxbury Arts Alliance Scholarship has awarded more than $32,000 to graduating High School students who reside in Roxbury and have demonstrated outstanding abilities in the arts such as music, dance, literature or visual arts. Information about yearly scholarships is provided by the Roxbury High School guidance department or by emailing sales.raa@gmail.com
Community Initiatives
We proudly partner with community organizations to represent the arts at events within Roxbury Township and the local area, such as library events, Olde Suckasunny Day, and Home for the Holidays.
